HOW DO YOUR FEES WORK?

Our monthly fees are deducted from rental income automatically for you. NO HIDDEN FEES.

Our leasing fees are deducted from the rent AFTER we acquire a tenant for you and the tenant has moved into property and has paid for their first month's rent. No up front cost.

What kind of properties do we manage?

Residential homes, condo, manufactured and multi units.

How do we protect your home ?

We make sure all lease agreements are up to date as well as rental insurance. In addition we do yearly inspections complete with report and pictures.
